Jennifer, Deckorators aluminum railing system would be a good solution given your outlined specifications. Because you will need to anchor your deck railing to a concrete / cement walkway, I would suggest installing the Deckorators concrete post mount. The post mount will simplify the process of installing the aluminum railing onto a concrete surface. i like most everything. Nice product. I cant believe there is nothing u provide for minor scratches like a touch up kit.
